Nydree + Inform Magazine on Designing for Residential Spaces

by Jason Brubaker

Nydree’s Elizabeth Woods, Territory Manager for DC, Maryland and Virginia, was once again invited to write a piece for Inform Magazine, this time focusing on design in residential spaces.

For the November issue, Elizabeth wrote about the use of wood in residential spaces. Titled Hardwood Flooring: How Homeowners Indulge While Staying in Place, the article talks about how some designers have created indulgent and luxurious experiences for homeowners, even when they’re just staying in for the weekend.

Inform Magazine “celebrates the diverse individuals and organizations that contribute to Virginia’s rich culture of architecture and design.” Their goal is to encourage conversation around the spaces we use every day and inspire creativity in how those spaces are designed. Inform Magazine was created in 1990 by AIA Virginia and continues to publish each month.
