Shipping

We take great care in ensuring your new flooring arrives safely in your home.  We have dedicated Project Coordinators in house who work with you from the time of order placement until delivery.  To ensure a successful delivery communication is essential and we endeavor to make that process effortless.

We offer both White Glove delivery and Standard delivery.  Standard delivery is always free of charge.  This delivery method allows your flooring to be delivered on a truck with a lift gate to be delivered outside your home.  If you choose this delivery method it is imperative the flooring be brought inside immediately.  Our product does not have to be acclimated like other wood flooring so flooring should remain in its shrink wrapped pallet in a climate controlled area until the time the flooring is installed.

Our White Glove delivery is our premier delivery option.  With this option our freight partners will hand deliver each box to the inside of your home.  Our Project Coordinators will contact you over the phone to discuss the details of your specific delivery to ensure that the type of driveway, stairs, sidewalks, etc are accounted for. 

Installation

A great wood floor deserves impeccable installation.  We recommend working with a local NWFA Certified Installer on your project to ensure optimal results.  These certified installers are trained to handle subfloor flatness, adverse moisture conditions, relative humidity conditions, detailed trim, proper adhesive usage and many other issues in every installation.  A complete list of NWFA Certified Installers can be found online HERE.  We recommend discussing your project with your installer prior to ordering so that accurate measurements can be taken and any site conditions can be accounted for.
