Nydree’s Elizabeth Woods, Territory Manager for DC, Maryland and Virginia, was once again invited to write a piece for Inform Magazine, this time focusing on design in education.
For the September issue, Elizabeth wrote about the use of wood in modern educational spaces. Titled Building Today’s Education Spaces for Lasting Design Success, the article discusses how today’s architects can design a high performing building that also meets the demand for a healthy learning environment.
Inform Magazine “celebrates the diverse individuals and organizations that contribute to Virginia’s rich culture of architecture and design.” Their goal is to encourage conversation around the spaces we use every day and inspire creativity in how those spaces are designed. Inform Magazine was created in 1990 by AIA Virginia and continues to publish each month.
